Helen, a professional ultra runner & guide will lead the run, with accompanying guides to support you throughout.

Continue through olive groves and down to the sea, ready to jump into the enticing blue waters and cool off with a dip or for those who are interested, a longer swim of approx 500m – 1km. Your experienced skipper will captain your 36-foot sailing boat, and everyone has the chance to learn a little about sailling and try their hand at the tiller. Get ready for a full day, with plenty of time for swimming, exploring and hiking up to viewpoints on the islet, as well as a home cooked meal served on board.

Start your morning with a 2-3 hour ride on e-bikes along quiet roads to an ancient town located in the hills above Kissamos.

E-bikes are a fantastic way to see more of the island & make it accessible for more people. Each e-bike has different modes: Eco, Tour, Sport & Turbo! You can always switch 'Off' to pedal as you would a normal bike too :)

We’ll have a short sightseeing stop to explore the traditional village - which is interspersed with Roman ruins - and walk up to the top to admire the beautiful views before continuing our ride. Staying on country roads we’ll ride through more small villages, gradually climbing up to the ridge separating the North and West coasts of Crete, finishing with an exhilarating downhill to sea level!

Finishing near the beautiful long sandy beach of Falassarna we’ll seize the chance to swim & relax. There is also the opportunity to SUP, depending on conditions, before riding back to Kissamos for a traditional taverna lunch!

Late afternoon unwind with a yoga class surrounded by fresh sea air to help ease your muscles.

Heading East you walk through pine forests, cross the beach of Saint Paul with its centuries old church, then hug the rocky coastline until you reach the small beach of Marmara (11km), where you can stop for a refreshing dip and some lunch. From here you’ll head inland, ascending the impressive steep sided Aradena gorge, where you might encounter wild Cretan goats – Kri kri – or Griffon vultures that nest near the top of the gorge. Absolutely loved my time on the TP Croatia trip. SO special to be able to explore wilder parts of Croatia and get right into nature. Whilst I loved each day and all the different activities, I feel that the people I met and connected with on the trip is what made it so incredibly special. 12/10 would recommend.

I recently went on the Trail Pursuit Norway trip. It was truly an outstanding holiday - well organised and fun with the best guides. The views were spectacular, food was amazing and I loved the range of different accommodations (from tree tents to a fancy eco lodge with hot tubs!). All activities (trail running, hiking and kayaking) were well planned and paced. Special thanks to Ed and David for making this trip one in a million.

The trip was great, it was just what I needed and the people I met were amazing! The group definitely helped make the trip. Ed, Craig, Dee and Heda were very accommodating. I am not a very experienced trail runner and it helped massively having Paul and Alice help coach me in this with tips and advice on how to combat the trail runs and hikes to avoid injury. Thank you Ed & Trail Pursuit for running the trip, I’m so glad I bit the bullet and booked on, it was an unforgettable experience and I can’t wait to join Trail Pursuit on more adventures in the future!

I joined TP on a trip to Norway and can only say it was mind blowing. It was very well organised and we had an amazing guide, David, not only an amazing guide, but amazing chef too. We had 6 days of super fun in the mountains and on the fjords. Ed made sure we were all in good spirits and having a blast…which really helped getting through the long days of hiking and kayaking. I highly recommend Norway to anyone, it’s a bucket list must do! Thanks TP for an amazing adventure!

Went on the Norway trip in August. Super well-organised and unique. Ed, who runs Trail Persuit is great and very down to earth which adds to the enjoyment of the trip. The guide we had, David, was also amazing. The views were stunning (weather permitting) and it was all round, a great trip. I'd go on another trip in the future.
